Delnalyne offers well laid-out, bright and modern accommodation on two floors.

On the ground floor, you enter the cottage via a well-equipped tiled utility room into the modern open-plan kitchen/dining area, with a piano for those with a musical talent. The cosy lounge is entered via a half-glazed door from the dining room. There is access to the garden and patio area through a glass door from the lounge. There are solid pine floors throughout.

Upstairs you will find 1 king-size bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, as well as the bathroom with shower cubicle and large bath. The top landing is fitted with bookshelves where you will find a varied selection of children’s and adult books, as well as videos and DVDs. There is also a large selection of board games and jigsaws for those rainy days.

The garden extends to half an acre and is completely fenced off, with ample parking area for two cars.

Bed-linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided, and electricity, heating and logs (for the wood burning stove) are included in the weekly rate.

A maximum of 2 well-behaved dogs will be welcome by prior arrangement.

There is a No Smoking policy in the cottage.

There is a large dining table to seat 6 people. A beautiful solid pine staircase leads to the first floor spacious landing and onto the bedrooms and family bathroom. Utility Room

The utility room with tiled floors provides a place for you to kick off your boots or wipe the dog's paws after a long day's walking. Facilities include, large freezer, shoe rack, coat hooks, washing machine, dryer, ironing board with steam iron and there is a large sink with hot and cold water.

Double Bedroom The double bedroom has a king-size bed with solid pine headboard, a large solid pine fitted wardrobe and “his and hers” matching chest of drawers. Pine bedside cabinets with lamps complete the furnishings in this room.

Twin Bedroom The twin bedroom has two single divan beds with pine headboards. There is a matching pine triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinet.

Both bedrooms have two windows with views of the rolling hills, the garden and down towards the river.

Bathroom The Bathroom is tastefully tiled throughout and has: • Bath • Large shower cubicle • Mirrored storage cabinet • Electric shaving point • Heated towel rail / radiator.
