Well behaved dogs are welcome at the cottage by prior arrangement. At one end of the dining room there is a Piano, tinkle the ivories if the mood takes your fancy! There is a good selection of sheet music and music books ranging from the beginner to the most accomplished musician. Note: Delnalyne is a Non Smoking establishment.

Lounge There is a separate comfortable Lounge with log fire and a large four seater sofa. The floors are solid pine throughout with attractive rugs. The lounge has a TV with DVD / Video player. Doors lead out to the patio and garden from this room.

Utility Room

The utility room with tiled floors provides a place for you to kick off your boots or wipe the dogs paws after a long days walking. Facilities include, shoe rack, coat hangers, washing machine, dryer, ironing board with steam iron and there is a large sink with hot and cold water.

A Beautiful solid pine staircase leads to the first floor spacious landing and onto the bedrooms and family bathroom.

Double Bedroom There are two bedrooms, one double with a large solid pine wardrobe and his and hers matching chest of draws, king size bed with solid pine headboard.

Twin Bedroom The Twin bedroom has triple pine wardrobe and matching pine chest of draws. There are two single divan beds with storage draws under and traditional brass headboards. The beds can be used individually or pushed together to make one double. Both bedrooms offer views of the rolling hills, down towards the river bank and Gardens.

Along the Landing you will find a selection of bedtime reading, something for all the family from 'Enid Blyton', 'Arthur Ransome' , 'Lillian Beckwith' to 'Dick Francis' and 'Agatha Christie' novels. Both the bedrooms and landing have a luxurious feel to them with quality furnishings and deep pile carpets throughout.

Bathroom The Bathroom is tastefully tiled throughout and has: • Bath • Large shower cubicle • Mirrored storage cabinet • Electric shaving point • Heated towel rail / radiator.
