Terms & Conditions Note: Delnalyne is a Non Smoking establishment. 25% of the booking fee is payable at the time of confirmation of booking. This deposit will be non-refundable in the event of a later cancellation. The balance of the booking fee is payable not later than 28 days before the holiday let commences. In the event of the balance of the booking fee not being received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the holiday let without further notice and without any refund of the deposit already paid.If you should make a cancellation after the balance has been paid, we will make every effort to relet the property in which case all monies will be returned to you less the initial deposit. However if we are unable to relet we have to advise you that you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. In the event due to unforseen circumstances the the holiday home is not available at the time of occupation, the operator shall only be liable to refund the holiday tenant the monies received at the date. Liability shall not in any circumstances exceed this refund. Entry to On the day of arrival we request that you do not arrive before 15.00 and on the day of departure we would like you to vacate by 10.00 however we can be flexible in this matter. WE ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CHEQUE DRAWN ON A UK BANK ONLY. Please be aware that access to the cottage is via an unsurfaced track from the main road and although this is no problem for ordinary cars it is unsuitable for veicles with very low ground clearances i.e.: Low slung sports cars. We cannot accept any liability for damage to your vehicle, if you have any queries regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us. |
